Our Gluten free Products line tea cakes are a hearty style bread. They all have a very moist and smooth, non-grainy, non-crumbling texture. All tea inspirations with no preservatives and made with grains that provide a good source of protein, such as millet, sorghum, chia seeds, flax seeds and more.
They are very easy to prepare, just mix all ingredients and pour it in the wooden pan included. It stays fresh for days if you keep it airtight and refrigerated. You can get it from us in a mix presentation or baked. All tea cakes are $7.95 per mix and $11.95 baked. It yields 8 servings per cake. Orders can be made thru e-mail or by phone and we can ship anywhere in the U.S.
